Artist Overview:
What we know to be true is that both light and darkness exist. However, light always extinguishes the dark. Optimism is the ultimate power. What a privilege it is to see, feel and realize that we can ‘be’ the light.
Adam uses a specific combination of vibrant hues and glowing effects to paint light through darkness. (Because - it’s always there.)
With shows in both solo exhibitions and art collectives, Adam is an emerging artist on the Western Canadian scene.
Adam aims to offer approachable and affordable original artwork that instills a sense of hope, and fun for all.
About Adam
Adam grew up in rural Newfoundland in a family of 6. Their house was on a quiet unpaved road steps away from vegetable fields, small farms, and riverbeds. Adam spent a lot of time outdoors, but also spent a lot of time enthralled with colourful artwork found in comic books, video games, anime, and cartoons.

Materials
Adam uses quality, high pigmented opaque oil paints to create his colourful work. All paint is mixed with a glossy medium that gives each piece a beautiful shine effect in the sun.
